連動債

雷曼兄弟宣布破產, 引發的連鎖反應之一就是連動債的拋售. 本來連動債是理財專員的主力產品, 因為發行銀行的倒閉, 使得保本連動債, 可能連本金都要不回來, 而不再保本 . (因為倒閉, 購買該公司連動債的, 就變成了債權人, 就看之後清算資產, 債權人依序求償後, 可以討回多少)

老子說, 絕聖去智, 是有些道理的. 這些年來, 美國聰明人跑去金融業, 造就許多華爾街金童. 以他們的才智, 創造了許多衍生性金融商品. 投資商品的鐵律: 高報酬就該伴隨著高風險. 但借助這些衍生性金融商品, 將風險轉嫁. 別人負擔風險, 自己得到報酬. 真是聰明人才想得出來的方法.

次級房貸就是這樣的一個例子. 次級房貸就是將錢借給信用比較差的人, 因為違約風險比較高, 所以相對要求的利息也比較高. 簡單說就是放高利貸. 這本來沒什麼, 聰明的是, 他把這個債權債券化, 包裝成金融商品, 發行到全球. 讓大家承受風險. 這就不是一般放高利貸懂得做的.

那什麼是保本連動債呢? 簡單說就是零息債券和選擇權的組合. 零息債券並非是沒有利息, 而是利息含在面額裡. 譬如面額100元的零息債券, 可能只賣95元. 到期時給你面額100元, 等於賺5元.

為什麼會有債券呢? 舉例來說, 公司可能需要資金擴大業務, 但跟銀行借錢利息可能比較高, 如果相對債券成本較低時, 這時候就會以股票做抵押, 委託發行債券, 來換現金. 一般來說, 債券的風險很低, 譬如美國發行的國庫債, 除非美國不見了, 否則應該沒啥風險. 但也有風險高的, 這種債券就被稱為垃圾債券.

所以, 保本連動債通常是找風險低的零息債券, 來確定保本, 譬如你花100元買連動債, 他可能用95元買面額100元的零息債券, 這樣到期可以從債券拿回本金100元. 然後5元就可以來買標的物的選擇權. 選擇權有個特性就是風險最多只是損失購買選擇權的成本, 不會像期貨那樣繼續虧錢, 而又有機會以槓桿來賺錢. 這樣利用零息債券和選擇權的組合, 就可以設計出保本型的連動債.

Google Street view

Google Map 的街景視圖開始加入日本了.
今天我研究了一下, 把使用街景視圖的操作記錄如下:

1. 首先, 要連上Google Maps, 但是台灣版的沒有street view, 所以要連到美國的:

2. 接著, 在輸入打tokyo, 並按下旁邊 Search Maps, 會出現:

3. 按下地圖上的 StreetView 按鍵, 會變成:

整個東京都是藍底, 還有個相機圖案

4. 在相機上按下滑鼠左鍵點選, 指示文字會出現: Zoom In


5. 在藍色 Zoom In 上按下滑鼠左鍵, 會變成:


6. 在黃色小人上按下左鍵, 這時街道導覽就會出現了, 就可以按著上面的箭頭方向來逛街了.


神奇吧, 其實它是用車子上放攝影器材繞大街做出來的.

整理

整理是件奇妙的事情. 取捨之間, 思緒穿梭於過去與未來. 以前未完成的夢想, 一一被換醒.

今天到迪化街買拼布用的布料, 附近中藥店有賣花茶, 生平第一次聽到大龍珠,
不曉得是什麼, 老闆說泡水會開花, 回來查看, 才知是種工藝茶, 裡面有茉莉花. 精工揉製而成.
茶的世界也是梃深奧的呢..

Curtain 窗簾

There is curtain I didn't install it on for a long time.
I received the rail which I ordered this week, and start to install the rail on.
Before doing, I think it should be easy with the tool, just drill some holes, and screw them on.
But it is not so easy as I think...

3. measure it and mark the place, then drill the hole
I have three good assistants, the first one is the screw driver

the second is the one I bought from Japan, this one is good, but I found that I forgot to buy the drill bits.

So I just bought the third one from B&Q, Since it is cordless, it is convenient to work. I use it to drill and screw.

But I think the third cordless one is good to drill on the wood, but not on the concrete wall, since it is not so powerful as the second one. So I used the second one to drill and the third one to screw.

4. I installed the first rail quickly after drilled the hole and screwed the iron patch on. But I met problem at the second rail. After drilling the hole, I just found the screw can not be fixed well on the wall. Though it said that the drill bit is 3mm, and the screw is 4mm, it seems the hole is a little bigger. Maybe I used the shaking mode which punches the drill bits once, and it maked the hole bigger. So I went to buy the 5mm screws, and it's lucky that 5mm screw still can go through the hole of the patch, just became tight.

5. Finally, I exhausted all my energy, and made the curtain on.
I slept for several hours. At that time, I dreamed SyouSye and SyouLong.
I put them into the wood boxes and put the cover, and they pushed the cover and jumped out to ask me to play. It's a long time I didn't play with them all. I think I miss them too much...

It's a good experience to do this. For the other curtain at another room, I'm still thinking to ask some expert to do it, or do it by myself again..
